Discover the Core Idea

Planet Merge is a casual physics puzzle built around combining matching planets as they move inside a limited space. The game is available to play directly in the browser, making it easy to jump into a short puzzle session without a complicated setup.

Instead of using a fixed grid, the planets can shift, collide, and react to their surroundings. This gives each decision a small strategic consequence. The goal is to create larger celestial objects while keeping enough room available for future combinations.

Getting Into the Game

Simple Browser Controls

The controls are designed to keep attention on positioning and decision-making.

  • Move / Aim: Move the mouse or finger to choose a position.

  • Place Planet: Click the left mouse button or tap the screen.

  • Adjust Position: Move before placing the next planet.

  • Mobile: Tap and drag directly on the play area.

  • Restart: Use the in-game Restart button when needed.

How Each Round Develops

Begin by positioning smaller planets where they can connect with matching objects. When two suitable planets meet, they combine into a larger one, gradually building an evolution chain.

The pace starts gently, giving new players time to understand the movement. As the play area becomes more crowded, decisions become less predictable and require better planning. The physics create a relaxed but engaging feel, while later stages can demand more concentration. A typical session works well for around 5–15 minutes, although players can continue longer when trying to reach higher stages.

The platform also checks games for basic playability and performance, while monitoring updates and stability to support a consistent browser experience.

Small Decisions That Help

  • Keep the central area organized whenever possible.

  • Avoid filling the edges too quickly.

  • Look at nearby planets before making a large merge.

  • Create space before introducing larger celestial objects.

  • Use controlled placements instead of rushing.

  • Watch how collisions affect surrounding planets and adjust your next move accordingly.

More Quick Puzzle Challenges

If you enjoy simple mechanics with room for strategic thinking, these games provide two different directions:

  • Go Escape – A challenge focused on movement, timing, and avoiding obstacles.

  • Block Champ – A block-based puzzle experience that rewards careful placement and efficient use of space.
